<p>Anti-parasitic aza-cycloheptanone-2-derivs. Title cpds. of formula:- (where A is tetramethylene opt. substd. with 1 - 4C alkyl; R1 is H or alkyl, alkenyl or cyclo-alkyl opt. substd. with alkyl the substituents have up to 20 C; R2 is alkyl, alkenyl or cyclo-alkyl opt. substd. with alkyl, the gps. contain up to 20 C, or aryl or aralkyl opt. substd. with halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, 1 - 4C halo-alkyl; R1 and R2 together with N give a 3 - 10 membered heterocycle, R3 is H or -CON(R4)(R5) where R4 and R5 are H, 24 C alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, aralkyl and X is O or S).</p> |
