The device (1) has heating plates (8, 9) arranged in a housing (2). An isolating element (11) is arranged between the heating plates and the housing. The isolating element is arranged in a boundary region of the housing away from a heat source of the heating plates. Air gaps (19) are formed in sections between the isolating element and the heating plates, and extend over entire width of the isolating element. The isolating element has pin-like projections (18) within the region of the air gaps. The isolating element is multipart implemented, and consists of temperature-steady plastic. |
