PURPOSE: A rice noodle manufacturing device and manufacturing method thereof are provided to produce sticky rice noodles using main materials without additives. CONSTITUTION: A rice noodle manufacturing device comprises: a body(110); a kneading unit(120) which is installed inside the body, is equipped with a first screw and a second screw revolving in the same direction, and kneads rice powder and hot water; and a molding unit(130) which is combined with one end of the body and in which numerous through-holes opening the front and back are formed. The body includes: powder inlet and outlet; and a hot water inlet formed between the powder inlet and outlet. |
