MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MICRO LENS, MICRO LENS BY THE METHOD AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE INCLUDING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a micro lens array using an ultra short wavelength exposing unit, the micro lens array manufacturing by the same, a liquid display apparatus, and a liquid crystal display apparatus including the same are provided to obtain a fine micro lens array under low limit resolution. CONSTITUTION: A chemically amplified photo-resist composition for a micro lens is coated on a substrate(S1). An ultra short wavelength exposing unit with an aperture is radiated to the micro lens pattern region of a coated film through a mask(S2). The exposed region of the coating film is eliminated, and a micro lens pattern is formed(S3). The micro lens pattern is thermally treated to be shaped into a lens shape(S4).
