PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing toner particle using a shirasu-porous-glass membrane reactor is provided to simply manufacture the toner particles and uniformly maintain the size of the toner particle. CONSTITUTION: A polymerizing monomer solution is dispersed in a solvent by a membrane reactor. The membrane reactor includes monomer solution stream, solvent stream, and a shirasu-porous-glass membrane between the monomer solution stream and the solvent stream. The monomer solution includes carbon black, wax, monomer, electric charge controlling agent, a dispersing agent, and an initiator. The pour size of the shirasu-porous-glass is in a range between 2 and 10um.
