<p>The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of a combined container and plate as shown in the drawings; the most novel and distinctive feature of the combined container and plate is the transition region which presents a nose-like configuration with a curved and sloping forward area, outwardly flared and slightly concave side surfaces, and curved rear edge areas in plan view.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is an enlarged fragmentary view of the top plan view of the combined container and plate in Fig. 5;Fig. 2 is an enlarged fragmentary view of the bottom view of the combined container and plate in Fig. 7;Fig. 3 is an enlarged fragmentatry view of the side view of the combined container and plate in Fig. 8;Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the combined container and plate;Fig. 5 is a top plan view of the combined container and plate of Fig. 4;Fig. 6 is a front view of the combined container and plate of Fig. 4;Fig. 7 is a bottom view of the combined container and plate of Fig. 4; andFig. 8 is a side view of the combined container and plate of Fig. 4.The stippled lines in the drawings do not form part of the design.
