METHOD AND CIRCUIT FOR CALIBRATING PHASE, AND SIGNAL PROCESSING APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method and a circuit for calibrating phase, and a signal processing apparatus having the same are provided to automatically control the phase differences between in-phase signal and quadrature phase signal. CONSTITUTION: A code generating circuit(20) generates digital code corresponding to the comparison result. A phase calibrating circuit(60) calibrates phase of an in-phase outputting signal responding to the quardrature phase signal difference and digital code in order to maintain 90 degrees of phase difference between in-phase output signal and quadrature phase output signal. The phase calibrating circuit controls the phase of the quadrature phase output signal in response to the in-phase differential input signals and a digital code.
