PURPOSE: A heterocyclic compound is provided to ensure excellent electrical stability and charge transfer ability and to increase resistance to the heat generated between an organic layer and a metal electrode due to high glass transition temperature or melting point. CONSTITUTION: A heterocyclic compound has a structure represented by chemical formula 1. An organic luminescence display device includes a first electrode, second electrode, and organic layer interposed between the first and second electrodes. At least one layer of the organic layer has the heterocyclic compound. The organic layer is an electron injection layer or an electron transport layer.
