PURPOSE: A probe for inspecting an electronic component is provided to increase test reliability. CONSTITUTION: A piston body(200) reciprocates between the inner and outer sides of a cylinder body(100). A spring(50) surrounds external circumferential surfaces of the cylinder body and the piston body. Part of a piston body is inserted into the cylinder body. Part of the piston body is protruded by an elastic force. An inspecting unit(300) is expanded in the cylinder body and is connected to an electronic component whose current flow is tested. A connection unit(400) is expanded from the piston body and connected to a test device for testing an electronic component. |
