COMBINATION STRUCTURE OF BASE PLATE AND SUBSTRATE IN BRUSHLESS DIRECT CURRENT MOTOR

PURPOSE: A combination structure of a flexible printed circuit board and a base plate of a brushless DC motor is provided to minimize the rip of the flexible printed circuit board by interposing a reinforcement member to the lower sides of the flexible printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcement member is interposed between a flexible printed circuit board(165) and a base plate(155). A bonding layer(T1,T2) is formed on both sides of the reinforcement member. The base plate and the flexible printed circuit board are combined with an adhesive layer. The reinforcement member is thicker than the flexible printed circuit board.
