PURPOSE: A call sending method of a dual band dual mode terminal and a dual band mode terminal for the same are provided to improve a user convenience due to dialing extension number. CONSTITUTION: An internet phone module(110) calls through an internet network by communicating with a wireless lan through an antenna. A mobile communication telephone module(120) line exchange-based calls through a mobile communication network by communicating with a base station of a mobile communication network through the antenna. A expression unit(130) is a device such as an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display). The expression unit displays a screen corresponding to the key input of a user and a state of a dual band dual mode terminal(100) according to the control of a control unit(170). A transceiving unit(140) encodes a voice of a user by receiving input through a mike and transmits the voice to an opponent. A control unit activates one between the internet phone module and the mobile communication telephone module according to a receiving number which user inputs according to a selection of a user.
