PURPOSE: A cradle having a GPS function for portable devices is provided to improve driving convenience by enabling a driver to mostly utilize the space of a vehicle, since additional installation of a navigation device does not need. CONSTITUTION: A cradle having a GPS function for portable devices comprises a GPS antenna(110), a circuit board(120), a housing and a navigating part(314). The GPS antenna transmits and receives a plurality of satellites and GPS signal. The circuit board receives navigation information from portable devices. The housing has a speaker(130) outputting the navigation information received through the circuit board as voice sound. The navigating part informs the direction conversion of a vehicle based on the navigation information.
