<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set an efficient communication path by acquiring information from an apparatus, diagnosing a fault cause and calculating a communication path for avoiding a diagnosed fault affected range and also by setting the communication path on the basis of the loads of a network and a network apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: This network monitoring support device is provided with an apparatus monitoring part 120 for collecting information of a faulty apparatus as faulty apparatus information, a diagnosis file storing part 150 for storing a diagnostic file having fault cause information showing a fault cause corresponding to the faulty apparatus information, a fault cause analyzing part 112 for acquiring the fault cause information from the diagnostic file to diagnose the fault cause on the basis of the faulty apparatus information, a fault affected range analyzing part 111 for specifying a fault affected range on the basis of the faulty apparatus information and network topology information, and a fault recovering part 130 for calculating an avoiding path being a communication path for avoiding the fault affected range on the basis of apparatus load information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
