PURPOSE: A user identity verifying system and a method thereof are provided to supply an online payment service to a user and to transmit the amount of money deposited from the user to an external server. CONSTITUTION: A user information storage unit(110) receives user profile information from a user terminal. An identification number provider(120) generates an identification number corresponding to user profile information and provides the identification number to the user terminal. A user approving unit(130) confirms user profile information corresponding to the identification number transmitted from the external server. The user approving unit transmits the user approving information to the external server. A payment processor(140) transmits the amount of money deposited from the user terminal to the external server.
