PURPOSE: A method, an apparatus of virtual screen scrolling for a device with a compact display, and a recording media that saves program implementing the same are provided to output a virtual screen region through a display by allocating a virtual screen corresponding to the number of vertical/horizontal pixel of output data. CONSTITUTION: A portable device virtually outputs the output data of a virtual memory region(215), and copies the virtual memory region corresponding to an output coordinate region to a video memory(220). If the sensing data are sensed, the portable device determines the number of moving pixels(230,235). The portable device moves the output coordinate region value of the virtual memory region as much as a determined moving coordinate value. The portable device copies the moved virtual memory region to the video memory region(245).
