PURPOSE: A cutting device of a winding device for a secondary battery is provided to increase productivity by reducing the production index of the winding device for a secondary battery, since the electrode continuously moves without stop by using the cutting device of the rotary type in the secondary battery winding device. CONSTITUTION: A cutting device of a winding device for a secondary battery comprises a cutting roll(11), an anvil roll(13) and a controller(10). The cutting roll is installed in one side of a material. The cutting roll has a cutter projected on the outer circumference to be connected with the material. An anvil roll is mounted on the other end of the material facing to the cutting roll. The controller controls the operation of the anvil roll and the cutting roll. The controller comprises a velocity controller(15) and a position controller(16). The velocity controller controls the rotation speed of the cutting roll. The velocity controller controls the interval between the anvil roll and the cutting roll by transferring the anvil roll.
