In an embodiment of a converter, a first oscillator (31) provides switching signals (22) for switching between charging (8) and discharging (4) of a capacitor (9), and a second oscillator (30) is configured to add an offset voltage (V DC :41) or a feedback-current (I feedback :43) -dependent voltage to a sawtooth waveform (46) generated by the second oscillator (30) switched in synchronism (link 35) with the first oscillator (31).
