<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress occurrence of collision sound due to waving of a fluid pipe caused by water hammer phenomenon while maintaining high piping work efficiency by suppressing increase of weight and reduction of bending characteristic of a flexible pipe or a corrugated flexible pipe. <P>SOLUTION: Buffer projections 3 protruding inward in the radial direction from an inner peripheral face of a trough part 1B are integrally formed in a plurality of sections in the peripheral direction on an internal wall face 1a of the bendable corrugated flexible pipe 1 inserting a flexible fluid pipe 2 and made of synthetic resin. Each buffer projection 3 is constituted by a piece like a thin sheet having smaller thickness than thickness of the corrugated flexible pipe 1, curved or bent in the direction of reverse warping to the internal wall face 1a of the corrugated flexible pipe 1 when viewed in the direction of pipe axis, and supported in a cantilever state. A tip 3a of each piece 3 like the thin sheet is abutted on the internal wall face 1a of the corrugated flexible pipe 1 in accordance with elastic deformation of the piece 3 like the thin sheet due to abutting on the inserted fluid pipe 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
