<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle charging system and a charging control device for a business facility, capable of charging each of cars by using a charging terminal while preventing a usage amount of reception power from exceeding an upper limit amount in a parking lot of the business facility. Ž<P>SOLUTION: If a charging capacity is enough, the vehicle charging system 1 starts charging by a charging terminal 12 at the time requested to start charging, and estimates the time of completion of charging based on change information and executes a broadcast operation corresponding to the estimated charging completion time. If the charging capacity is not enough, the system 1 controls a relay 17 so that the charging terminal 12 is put in a standby state for charging until the charging capacity becomes enough.
