PURPOSE: A power amplifier to which an RF switching module is applied is provided to apply an RF switching module to a power amplifier, thereby minimizing the entire size. CONSTITUTION: A main amplifier(102) is located on the first route in the final stage. A sub amplifier(104) is located on the second route in parallel with the first route in the final stage. An RF switching module(100) switches between the first route and the second route. The RF switching module turns the first route on when the main amplifier is normal. The RF switching module turns the second route on when the main amplifier is normal. The RF switching module turns the first route off when the main amplifier is abnormal. The RF switching module turns the second route off when the main amplifier is abnormal.
