PURPOSE: A producing method of inorganic nanosol using microwaves, and the inorganic nanosol are provided to rapidly produce the high concentrate inorganic nanosol by using an inorganic precursor obtained by purifying. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of inorganic nanosol using microwaves comprises the following steps: adding a solvent to an inorganic precursor obtained by purifying, and stirring the mixture while irradiating the microwaves to produce the inorganic nanosol in a colloidal phase; adding functional alkoxy silane containing an organic functional group to the obtained inorganic nanosol, and stirring while the mixture while irradiating the microwaves for reforming the surface of the inorganic nanosol; replacing the solvent contained in the inorganic nanosol into an organic solvent; and condensing the inorganic nanosol.
