PURPOSE: A semiconductor and an operating method of a semiconductor device are provided to record information in an information sector electrically connected with a prescript recording prevention sector by recording postscript recording prevention data in a postscript recording preventions sector of a memory. CONSTITUTION: A first sector(381) of a first memory and a second sector(391) of a second memory(390) are electrically connected through a control circuit(370). First information is inputted to the control circuit from an input circuit(320). If data is maintained to the first sector, the first information is not inputted in the second sector from the control circuit. If the data is not maintained to the first sector, the first information is inputted to a second sector form a control circuit. The first information is maintained to the second sector.
