PURPOSE: A shutter driving device and a 3D image display system are provided to sufficiently obtain time for using 3D eyeglasses by using a small sized battery. CONSTITUTION: The first switch(103) is arranged on the first driving path of the first clamp circuit. The first switch is connected to an inductor and the first driving target capacitive load to switch a non connection state. The second switch(104) is connected between nodes on the second driving path. The second switch is connected to an inductor and the second driving target capacitive load to switch a non connection state. A power collecting unit applies a middle voltage between a power potential and a reference potential.
