CONSTITUTION: A device for utilizing high-efficiency solar energy comprises reflectors(100,210), solar heat absorbing units, and heat medium circulation lines. The reflectors are formed in a concave shape and condense solar heat. The solar heat absorbing units are arranged in the front of the reflectors and absorb the condensed solar heat using the reflectors. . The heat medium circulation lines supply heating media to the solar heat absorbing units and collect the heating media.
