PURPOSE: A colored photosensitive resin composition for the color filter of a solid state imaging device, the color filter fabricated using the same, and the solid state imaging device including the same are provided to include a colored pattern with the high resolution and the superior sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A colored photosensitive resin composition contains pigment and dye. The dye is selected from color index solvent, and the pigment is selected from color index pigment. A photo-polymerization initiator includes an oxime ester-based photo-polymerization initiator and other photo-polymerization initiator. The colored photosensitive resin composition is coated on a substrate, and a pre-set pattern is exposed and developed to obtain a colored pattern using exposure equipment.
