PURPOSE: A mass-producing method of inonotus obliquus mycelia using buckwheat is provided to prevent the elution of water-soluble components of the buckwheat by removing a dehydration process. CONSTITUTION: A mass-producing method of inonotus obliquus mycelia using buckwheat comprises the following steps: mixing 1,000g of buckwheat with 700~900g of distilled water, storing for 1~2hours to make the water content of the buckwheat into 49~52%, and filling the buckwheat into a culture container before sealing the container(S4); sterilize-steaming the buckwheat(S5); and injecting the inonotus obliquus mycelia to the buckwheat before cultivating(S6).
