The pulper (1) has a perforated plate (2), an agitator (3) that is arranged over the perforated plate, a drain outlet that is provided above the perforated plate and another drain outlet that is provided below the perforated plate. The pulper is provided with a closed area that is set under positive pressure, where balls are provided. The balls are made of poly-vinyl chloride.
