PURPOSE: A composition containing extracellular endoplasmic reticulum(ER) derived from gut microbiota and an animal disease model are provided to prevent diseases by the ER and to develop treatment drugs. CONSTITUTION: A composition contains extracellular endoplasmic reticulum(ER) derived from gut microbiota. The gut microbiota is E.coli. Klebsiella bacteria, Pseudomonas bacteria, or Bacteroides bacteria. The extracellusr ER is isolated from feces, intestine, or gastric juice of mammal. An animal disease model is prepared by administering the ER to an animal. The ER is also used for detecting candidate drug for preventing or treating diseases.
