摘要 PURPOSE: An independent control method of a pedestal servo gun axis is provided to improve the quality of welding by driving a stationary type server gun to be independent of a robot through an external input signal. CONSTITUTION: In an independent control method of a pedestal servo gun axis, a working program is designed by applying synchronization control or an independent control section of a robot and a stationary type servo gun(S100). A command statement which is executed in an external input signal is set(S200). The independent control operating signal of the stationary type servo gun is inputted(S300). The command statement related to signal input is analyzed(S400). The independent control operation of the stationary type servo gun is performed(S700).
