PURPOSE: A contents provider for transmitting encrypted software binary, a digital broadcast receiver based network for processing the encrypted software, and a control method for the same are provided to prevent the hacking and leakage of software binary code information used in a network based digital broadcasting receiver. CONSTITUTION: A contents provider(100) for transmitting encrypted software binary comprises a first encryption module(101), a second encryption module(102), a third encryption module(103), a combiner(104) and a transmission unit(105). The first encryption module encrypts software binary through a software algorithm, and the second encryption module assigns an intrinsic value having fixing length corresponding to the encrypted software binary. The third encryption module extracts electronic signature data having the assigned intrinsic value by using a third algorithm.
