PURPOSE: A tape feeder is provided to use one driving part, thereby smoothly feeding a carrier tape and discharging a cover tape. CONSTITUTION: A carrier tape supply unit(300) provides a carrier tape in which an electronic part is contained. A motor is installed in a base member(100). A tape returning unit(500) transfers the carrier tape to return the electronic part to a picking location. A cover tape discharging unit(1100) discharges a cover tape peeled from the carrier tape. A spin transfer unit(900) transfers torque caused by the motor to the cover tape discharging unit.
