PURPOSE: An encapsulating material sheet, a manufacturing method thereof, and a solar cell module including the same are provided to improve an electric insulation property by supplying thermal stability and a waterproof function. CONSTITUTION: An encapsulating material sheet includes an ultra low density ethylene-alphaolefin copolymer, a low density ethylene-alphaoleifn copolymer and blended resin including a silane graft degeneration ultra low density ethylene-alaphaolefin copolymer. The silane based compound is an ethylenic unsaturation silane compound with a vinyl functional group.
