PURPOSE: A method for forming a metal electrode of a solar cell is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by transferring an electrode on a wafer using a sheet and a film with the electrode. CONSTITUTION: A front film unit(26) and a rear film unit(24) are attached to a sheet. The rear film unit is printed with aluminum paste. The front film unit is printed with silver paste. An electrode transfer sheet is folded between the front and rear film units. A sheet is separated from a wafer(10). The print materials of the front and rear film units are pressurized to the wafer and the front and rear film units are separated from the wafer. |
