A luminaire device has a rail 1 with first and second electrically conducting plates 11, 12 and an illuminating device 3 detachably connected to the rail 1. The rail 1 may have grooves (13,14, fig 6) carrying the conducting plates 11, 12 where the width of one groove is narrower than that of the other groove. Each illuminating device 3 has a clamp 31 with first and second heads (3111, 3121, fig 4) having first and second electrical conductors 3114, 3124, fig 5). The luminaire may have a fixer 2 with a threaded shaft 211. The luminaire has an illuminating member 32 electrically connected to the clamp 31. The clamp 31 may have a jacket (4, fig 10). |
