PURPOSE: A halobutyl elastomeric compound is provided to improve physical and dynamic properties and to increase abrasion resistance and reinforcement effects. CONSTITUTION: A halobutyl elastomeric compound charged without metal halogen compounds includes at least one kind of halobutyl elastomers and mineral filler particles, wherein the surface of mineral filler is pre-modified with organic compounds. The organic compound includes at least one basic nitrogen-containing group and at least one hydroxy group. The organic compound is selected from the group consisting of diethanolamine and triethanolamine.
