PURPOSE: A composite material is provided to ensure high permittivity and low loss of permittivity using a liquid-crystalline polymer with low loss of permittivity and a BNT synthetic powder as a high frequency dielectric. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a composite material comprises the steps of: (S100) adding barium carbonate(BaCO3), neodymium oxide(Nd2O3) and titanium oxide(TiO2) to ethanol to form a mixed powder; (S200) leaving the dried powder at 1240~1270 °C for 3 hours to form BNT(BaNd2Ti4O12) synthetic powder; (S300) mixing the liquid crystalline polymer with the BNT synthetic powder for 15 minutes using a biaxial extruder to form a liquid mixture; and (S400) extracting the liquid mixture in a forming mold. |
