ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: An environmentally friendly air conditioning system is provided to rapidly cool or heat air, flowing in structures or devices, by cold air or hot air from a cooling/heating unit. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally friendly air conditioning system(A) comprises a fixed plate(10) and a cooling/heating unit(20). The fixed plate has a through-hole. A thermoelectric element(12), enabling heat absorption and heat emission according to power supply, is formed on each through-hole. A contact panel is placed on the upper and lower parts of the thermoelectric element. The cooling/heating unit is installed on the upper and lower parts of the contact panel of the fixed plate. The cooling/heating unit comprises a radiator grille(22) and a heat conducting plate(23). The radiator grille is formed on the lower part of a ventilation fan(21) at regular intervals. The heat conducting plate contacts the upper or lower surfaces of the contact plate.
