PURPOSE: A partial repair system for a double hull of an offshore plant is provided to ensure elongated life span of an offshore plant by replacing only a desired part of the hull without displacement of the hull. CONSTITUTION: According to a partial repair system for a double hull of an offshore plant, a corroded or damaged exterior panel is removed and a replacement(31) is placed. When attaching the replacement, welding is carried out inside the hull first and then outside the hull. After exterior and interior welding the water in the hull is discharged and air is filled in the hull so as to inspect the welded state.
