PURPOSE: An air current adjusting apparatus of a factory type plant cultivation system is provided to reduce the outgrowth speed difference of plants on each cultivation plates by controlling the intensity of the air current. CONSTITUTION: An air current adjusting apparatus of a factory type plant cultivation system comprises the following: an air circulating device(200) for circulating air inside a crop chamber; a partial exhaust air amount control device closely located around an exhaust vent of the air circulating device for controlling the exhaust air amount; and a seedling cultivation chamber and a cultivation room included in the crop chamber. The air circulating device is formed with plural air circulating units(205) inhaling air around a front wall(111) for exhausting to an exhaust air retention chamber(130).
