PURPOSE: A method for forming protruded image having colors on the fabric is provided to enhance productivity and ensure working speed without harm to the human body. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming protruded fiber having colors on the fabric comprises: a step of designing an image(S50); a step of preparing embossed mold having an image and engraved mold corresponding to the embossed mold(S100); a step of fixing the embossed mold on the lower end of a press machine and fixing the engraved mold on the upper end of the press machine; a step of adding back side fabric on the lower end of a original fabric and placing hotmelt film between the original fabric and back fabric(S200); a step of heating the embossed mold and engraved mold at 100-130°C for thermal fusion(S300); a step of fixing protruded image by moving the embossed mold and engraved mold to a cooling press; and a step of replacing the embossed mold into a flat mold(S400). |
