PURPOSE: A measuring sensor apparatus for an automatic ground inclinometer is provided to facilitate the transmission of measurement data without wire connection between a cable reel and a measuring terminal. CONSTITUTION: A measuring sensor apparatus for an automatic ground inclinometer comprises a measurement unit, a signal conversion unit(12), and a measurement terminal(14). The measurement unit measures the number of rotation of a rotary wheel of a probe and sense the depth of ascent and descent of the probe. The measurement unit transmits tilt sensing signals and signals for sensing the depth of ascent and descent from the tilt sensor through a cable. The signal conversion unit is formed in the cable reel. The signal conversion unit receives the tilt sensing signals and the signals for sensing the depth of ascent and descent through the cable. The measurement terminal wirelessly receives the tilt sensing signals and the signals for sensing the depth of ascent and descent from the signal conversion unit.
