PURPOSE: An electrolytic condenser is provided to reduce ESL(Equivalent Series Inductance), thereby keeping properties of an electrolytic condenser. CONSTITUTION: An anode foil(3) and a cathode foil(4) are wound while the anode foil face the cathode foil. The first anode lead tap terminal(11) is connected to the anode foil. The anode foil is separated from one side of the anode foil as much as the first distance. The second anode lead tap terminal(12) is connected to the anode foil. The anode foil is separated from one side of the anode foil as much as the second distance. The first cathode lead tap terminal(14) is connected to the cathode foil. The cathode foil is separated from one side of the cathode foil as much as the third distance. The second cathode lead tab terminal(15) is connected to the cathode foil. The cathode foil is separated from one side of the cathode foil as much as the fourth distance.
