PRESSURE-BALANCE FORM IN-LINE LPG EXTERNAL FUEL PUMP

PURPOSE: An external in-line LPG fuel pump capable of balancing pressure is provided to evenly disperse the load of a motor and prevent the separation or damage of the motor shaft during rotation. CONSTITUTION: An external in-line LPG fuel pump capable of balancing pressure comprises a main body, a pumping unit(20), and a motor unit(30). The main body comprises an inlet cover(11) with an inlet(16) for letting LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas) fuel in, an outlet cover(12) with an outlet(17) for letting LPG fuel out, and a housing(10) in which the inlet and outlet covers are coupled to both open sides and a guide diaphragm(13) is formed to divide the internal space. The pumping unit comprises a carrier(21) for drawing LPG fuel into the housing, a cylinder plate surrounding the carrier, a suction plate(23) with an inlet hole(26), and a discharge plate(24) with a pressure balance hole(28) for preventing the carrier from being unbalanced. The motor unit comprises a motor(31) which is formed in the outlet cover side of the housing and generates torque with electricity and a motor shaft(32) which is formed to pass through the inside of the motor with both ends respectively connected to the pumping unit and the outlet cover.
