PURPOSE: A method for improving dynamic range of images is provided to obtain an HDR(High Dynamic Range) image by using an electrical shutter. CONSTITUTION: A method for improving dynamic range of images comprises steps of: exposing an image sensor by operating a mechanical front blade(110); operating electronic front blade according to a pulse control signal of an electrical shutter(120); blocking the exposure of the image sensor by operating a mechanical rear blade(140); obtaining exposure image by the electronic front blade and the mechanical front blade(150); and generating an image in which dynamic range is increased by synthesizing a long exposure image, and a short exposure image(160).
