PURPOSE: A loess traditional Korean paper for roasting food and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to eliminate oil and smell discharged from meat and fishes using the far infrared rays emitted from loess. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a loess traditional Korean paper for roasting food is as follows. Refined loess powder 70~80 weight% and refined charcoal powder 15~20 weight% are mixed with water and are stirred. Additive 5~10 weight% is added to the mixture and is matured for 2~3 days. The mixture is injected to the top of a traditional Korean paper with high-pressure. The traditional Korean paper is dried by passing through a roller. |
