METHOD FOR PEELING AND REMOVING DICING SURFACE PROTECTION TAPE FROM DICED BODY

PURPOSE: A method for removing and striping a dicing surface protection tape from a diced body is provided to prevent the surface of the diced body from the contamination like the attachment of cut pieces by adhering the surface protection tape to the surface of the diced body. CONSTITUTION: A tape(1) for a dicing surface protection is attached to one side of the diced body and then a composite is formed. The composite is positioned to make the tape for a dicing surface protection as a top surface. The diced body is cut from the tape for the dicing surface protection. The striping is facilitated by adding a magnetic pole to the tape for the dicing surface protection. The composite is inclined at an arbitrary angle to be reversed. The cut tape for the dicing surface protection is stripped and removed from the composite.
