PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing microemulsion of amino-modified silicon oil is provided to ensure storage stability at room temperature and high temperature. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing microemulsion of amino-modified silicon oil comprises: a step of stirring a mixture containing water, non-ionic surfactant, and amino-modified silicon oil; a step of adding acidic material and stirring; and a step of adding salt material to the mixture and increasing temperature of mixture under cloud point. A hair product contains the microemulsion of amino-modified silicon oil.
