PURPOSE: A steering device for absorbing impact is provided to easily and effectively measure a gradient based on the horizontality of guiderails. CONSTITUTION: A steering device for absorbing shock comprises a mounting bracket(105), a shock absorbing member(200), and a capsule(107). The mounting bracket is installed in a steering column. One end of the shock absorbing member is fixed to the mounting bracket, and the other end is inserted into the bracket to be tensile. One side of the shock absorbing member is connected to a coupler formed by penetrating the capsule. A fastening hole(107a), in which a fastening bolt fastened to the capsule is fastened, is formed in the shock absorbing member.
