PURPOSE: A method of recycling a tool holder device for a road surface crusher is provided to reduce maintenance and construction costs, since a tool holder device can be used again in the abrasion of an upper body which holds tools. A fixing screw is released, and the upper body is disassembled from a lower body. The upper surface of a support projection that is worn out is ground flatly. The inner diameter of the upper body is extended. A regeneration member is fitted into the upper body. A pipe extension member is fitted into the inner diameter of the boring. The ground surface is welded with the bottom surface of a flange member.
