PURPOSE: A texturing apparatus of a solar cell is provided to improve the efficiency of the solar cell by reducing the reflexibility of the solar cell wafer through a pyramid structure surface formed by forming a lattice-shaped groove on a wafer using a needle device. CONSTITUTION: First needle devices(5,25) are comprised of a body with continuous partitions and an elastic unit. A needle is fixed to the elastic unit. A wafer(50) is horizontally scratched by passing through the fixed needle device. The water is rotated with 90 degrees by a rotation device. The surface(50c) of the wafer is horizontally scratched by second needle devices(,5',25') and is formed with a lattice shape. |
